Bring your faulty unit to us for assessment, we will assess your unit to see exactly what is wrong and based upon our assessment, we will issue you a quotation to repair the relevant issues.
We assess any kinds of I.T. products but are not limited to:

- Monitors
- Tv’s
- Mobile Devices


The assessment period takes 2-3 working days from the time the unit is booked in. We do offer an emergency assessment where we will assess your unit within 24 hours upon the booking in of the unit – this costs R585 ex. VAT.

Additional product
PartServe also distributes spare parts for Dell, APC, Mecer, Tescom, and C.Itoh. PartServe is a specialist in the sourcing of obsolete parts from around the world. PartServe also offers second user parts; when the original (new) parts, have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
Refurbished IT equipment
These products can be ex demo stock, or stock that was deemed DOA or faulty within 14 days of sale or product that has been in service with a large corporate company and has been replaced. PartServe actively sources and stocks refurbished IT equipment that is made available to our customers through our sales team.
Product Specialists
PartServe has a highly skilled team of product specialists who are at the disposal of our customers to help identify spare parts based on the description from the customer. Their goal is to make sure the customers experience of ordering a spare part is a highly efficient and pain free. These specialists aim to find a solution for a customer either by supplying a spare part or offering a refurbished product whichever is available and most cost efficient.
Marketing
PartServe has a very active marketing department. We currently send out the following marketing on a daily basis.
- Daily mailer – current reach of 84 000 email addresses
- Facebook promo’s – We have in excess of 52 000 page follows.
- We are very active through Google
- We have a presence on the IT Web press office.
Our on-line web site www.shop.partserve.co.za has become a key component of our customer interaction, with 20% of our parts and refurbished business now being done through the online store.
