Additional product
PartServe also distributes spare parts for Dell, Tally, OKI, Star, Citizen, Data Products, and C.Itoh. PartServe is a specialist in the sourcing of obsolete parts from around the world. PartServe also offers second user parts; when the original (new) parts, have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Product Specialists
PartServe has a highly skilled team of product specialists who are at the disposal of our customers to help identify spare parts based on the description from the customer. Their goal is to make sure the customers experience of ordering a spare part is a highly efficient and pain free. These specialists aim to find a solution for a customer either by supplying a spare part or offering a refurbished product whichever is available and most cost efficient.

Locations
PartServe head office operates from a dedicated 3500 square meter warehouse strategically located just off the M1 and N3 highways in Linbro Business park, Sandton, South Africa (The economic hub of Southern Africa). We have stocking locations to service the rest of South Africa in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein as well as stocking locations in the main centres of many Southern African countries.

Investment
Our investment in inventory exceeds R45 million and we currently offer in excess of 1 million line items of parts, with anything from 45 000 line items upward being in stock at any one time.

ERP system
PartServe has a very advanced stock management system which automatically calculates stock holding required based on usage, run rates, vendor lead-times and any other factors that may need to be considered. The system automatically calculates what needs to be ordered and with the click of a button generates the necessary vendor purchase order which is sent electronically to the vendor.

 Logistics and distribution
Our very effective distribution service enables PartServe to make sure the right part is in the right location in time, every time. In the main centres parts ordered before 12 will be delivered same day and parts order after 12 are delivered the next day.
